Who are the people that believe the only difference between a man and woman is sex?

Some say a man and a woman can be exactly the same except they have different sex organs. This is very sad and nieve. The best woman cannot be a man and the best man cannot be a woman, they will always be different in their makeup and nature. Why are femenist afraid of this truth?

i think there are many difference between men and women and don't really know anyone who thinks otherwise.
